Country Office in Montenegro: First Chapter of “Nulla dies sinERGIJA mladih!

First activity in the project completed

We are proud to announce that the Country Office in Montenegro has officially kicked off the first activity of the project Nulla dies sinERGIJA mladih! with an interactive training that brings together youth workers and representatives of grassroots youth organisations from across the country.

From 20-22 July 2026, ten young changemakers will come together to explore up-to-date methods of youth work, learn how to support mental health in their communities, and design digital campaigns that actually reach and inspire young people. Through hands-on sessions, simulations, and peer exchange, participants will gain practical tools they can immediately put into action.

After the training, participants will step into the role of co‑facilitators, co-creating workshops, mentoring youth, and launching the digital campaign #KakoSePiseMentalnoZdravlje together with new youth ambassadors across Montenegro.

The training “Ništa bez SinERGIJE mladih!” (“Nothing Without the Synergy of Youth”) isn’t just about gaining new skills. It’s about building connections, overcoming challenges together, and showing that real change begins with the synergy of young people.

“Young people thrive when they are empowered with knowledge, trusted with responsibility, and connected through meaningful collaboration. This project is about creating exactly those opportunities.”

– Elena Miletić, Project Coordinator

The program is implemented by the Center for Civic Education (CGO) in partnership with Friedrich Ebert Stiftung Belgrade and NVO Multimedijal Montenegro, in cooperation with the Ministry of Sports and Youth, supported by the European Union and co‑financed by the Ministry of Regional Development and Cooperation with NGOs.
