Youth Health Organization's Board Meeting
The International Youth Health Organization Board Meeting took place in Koper from 20–22 March 2026, bringing together Board members to review the organisation’s progress and set its strategic direction for the upcoming period.
The main working day on 21 March focused on a comprehensive evaluation of activities and achievements from 2025, including programme implementation, organisational development, and partnerships. Board members also discussed priorities and planned initiatives for 2026, reviewed the project pipeline, and prepared key documents to be presented at the Extraordinary General Assembly, such as the Annual Report, Financial Report, Budget, and operational plans.
In addition to the organisational review, the meeting included in-depth strategic discussions on the development of the organisation’s action plan and future priorities. Particular attention was given to the planning of the Portorož Youth Health Forum, including its concept, programme development, and potential involvement of Board members in its sessions. The Board also explored opportunities for strengthening partnerships and expanding cooperation.
Overall, the meeting provided an important platform for reflection, coordination, and forward-looking decision-making, reinforcing YHO’s commitment to growth and impact in 2026.
