YHO presents the Training on Mental Health for Youth Workers. It is a 3-day intensive capacity building event which brings together young people and youth workers for discussions, interactive training activities, and workshops on how to support youth mental health through youth work. 

The event will take place in Vilnius, Lithuania, between the 2nd and 6th of December 2022 (including travel days).

This training will tackle the issue of integrating mental health care into youth work, how can youth workers support the mental wellbeing of youth and how can peer-to-peer approaches benefit the advancement of youth mental health. If you are interested in mental health or partake in youth work and want to know and do more about the topic, then you are in the right place.

The event is supported by the European Commission, so the programme, accommodation and meals are covered. A travel grant will also be available for participants.

Applications will be considered on a rolling basis with the call closing on the 20th of November 2022.
